We are located in the heart of the lower Hunter wine region on Lovedale Road, just 7 kilometres from Cessnock. While wines are at the centre of our operations, we also have our very popular restaurant, 5 star self catering vineyard accommodation and the Adina olive processing facility. There is always something interesting happening on our estate.

Accommodation

Brilliant Accommodation in the Vineyard We have 4 new lodges that are purpose designed to give our guests every comfort and facility to use as a base when enjoying the many attractions of the Hunter, or just to relax and chill out with friends and enjoy the terrific vineyard views. Three of the lodges are brand new architect designed buildings, and the fourth – called Adina House - is the fully renovated managers cottage.

Each lodge has 3 bedrooms setup to sleep up to 6 people in great comfort. Each bedroom features king or queen beds,each with its own en-suite bathroom and individual air conditioners and ceiling fans. All sheets, towels etc. are provided. Each lodge has a dining area with full kitchen including refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher plus crockery, glassware, utensils etc. And the lounge area features a gas log fire, flat screen TV, DVD, CD player and radio system. There is also a deck with outdoor dining facilities and gas bbq attached to each lodge. Great Food

Adina restaurant, located inside the cellar door, features a contemporary Australian menu that changes with the seasons, complemented by our award winning wines. Enjoy dining in air-conditioned comfort or alfresco on the verandah in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Meals are available to suit all tastes and some of our favourites include the Adina tasting platter, pasta and risotto, paella and mouth-watering meat and seafood dishes. Wine and beers are available by the glass or bottle.

We are open for leisurely lunches Wednesday through Sunday and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Outstanding wines

When it comes to wines, we have one simple objective – to produce great wines that our customers enjoy drinking and sharing with friends. We are on a journey of excellence - we want to have fun doing this, and to share the whole experience with our clients. We produce all the traditional Hunter wines as well as some interesting alternative varieties such as the Italian favourites pinot grigio and sangiovese. Our cellar door is open 7 days from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm.

Olive Processing Facility

Our property includes several thousand olive trees that range in age from 5 to 15 years. From this grove we produce a variety of different table olives, tapenades and olive oils at our unique olive processing facility adjacent to our cellar door. The harvest season is April through June, but you can view the mill most days.
