Craigdon Function Centre and Guest House is surrounded by the spectacular peaks of the Nandewar Range, North Western NSW. Perched on the foothills of Killarney Gap and looking over the Namoi Valley, Craigdon is only a short drive from the Newell highway and is well located to enjoy the Mt Kaputar National Park.

The surrounding pasture and bushland is full of visiting birds and wildlife. The property hosts many challenging walks with views out to Wee Waa and further west. The large expanse of unbroken sky is a host to breathtaking sunsets each evening and a million stars each night.

Craigdon features two styles of accommodation.

The Guest House

Craigdon Guest House was built in 1905 and has 7 beautifully restored bedrooms. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished with comfortable king size beds and ensuites. Long hallways and rambling verandahs create the relaxed, comfort of an Australian country homestead.

'Base Camp'

'Base Camp' is a basic self contained cottage that can accommodate up to six adults and is ideal for those travellers who like to self-cater. Separate from the guest house, 'Base Camp' is clean and comfortable, with all linen provided.

'Base Camp' is a great space for families and with a fully fenced yard and gauzed in verandah, it is pet friendly too. The perfect base to use, while exploring the northern end of Mt Kaputar National Park.

Dining

Craigdon offers quality catering in both the guest house and function centre. Menus feature local produce and all meals are freshly prepared in house.

The function centre caters for seated groups of up to 80 guests indoors. Larger parties are catered for in a more casual setting, outdoors.

The guest house accommodates intimate dinners for as many as 10 guests in front of an open fire on cooler evenings.

Breakfast is included in the tariff and is a feast of fresh food served on the enclosed verandah looking out to the surrounding mountains.

Craigdon is fully licensed and has a range of menus and prices to suit the occasion.
