Spring Tide Safaris operates chartered tours in remote locations in the Northern Territory. We are one of the few compaines licensed to guide tours in the world heritage listed Kakadu National Park.

We target the mighty barramundi, and a variety of other saltwater sport fish including Black Jewfish, Tuna, Golden Snapper, Trevally, Spanish & Spotted Mackerel, Coral Trout, GTs , Queen Fish, Threadfin Salmon and more.

Extended Fishing Safaris range from two to ten days at remote locations with luxury resort accommodation.

1 Day Barramundi Trip

All tours depart at 5am from Darwin, travel time to your destination in approx 1.5 hours in Airconditioned 4WD. After a memorable day your guide will drop you back at your accommodation in Darwin at 5pm.

Fishing locations vary depending on Tides and the time of the year of your charter. On Day Trip you will be fishing Darwin Harbor, Bynoe Harbor, Corroborree Billabong or Adelaide River located approx 1.5 hour drive from Darwin. We give our clients the option to catch saltwater or freshwater Barramundi on this trip depending on tide and location.

Kakadu Extended Safaris

Only a handful of professional guides are selected to operate in Kakadu National Park. This tour offers a memorable experience you won't forget.

Extended Kakadu Safaris are designed best for keen anglers who target our big barramundi in order to join the METER CLUB. Extended Kakadu safaris are available all year round; the best time is after the monsoonal wet (run-off) from March to May.

Kakadu is world famous for its spectacular wilderness, and the barramundi experience is a memorable one. On these tours you will be fishing the South/East Alligator River or one of the freshwater billabongs. Tour offers luxury resort accommodation with full facilities.

This tour also offers some explosive Black Jewfish and Snapper fishing on the local reef.
